PLC Systems
Experience gained by all our engineers has meant we have probably dealt with most types of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), both old and new generations. These include but are not limited to:

Using our proven procedures for structured design we produce code in all known formats; ladder logic, function block, instruction list, statement list and graphset whether IEC 1131 or not.
Each new item, or block of code is individually written from the software design specifications, and then tested. In the event of repeated code, we duplicate the tested block as necessary. This reduces software construction times dramatically.
Finally, the completed code is tested at the office for exceptions by a team not involved with the project, reducing the risk of complacency. It is then ready for testing after installation.
We have also used several Soft PLC and DCS systems.
