Training is a very important part of businesses for Silchester and our clients. We train our client’s operators and maintenance staff and in turn our suppliers train our staff on the latest equipment and software so that we can provide the best solutions to our clients.

There are two levels of training that can be provided, and the requirement for each will depend on the regulations of the industry the system is intended for. The first level will generally take the form of a small document created as a guide for system use and a hands-on tour of the system capabilities / operations for users. The higher level would be the creation of a detailed user operation manual and on-site training days with hands-on experience for maintenance and development staff.

Training is not limited to that relating to projects. We also offer training of programming techniques, configuration of systems, current technology, market trends and calibration.
