Following our
tickIT and GAMP based audited quality
procedures, we perform three stages of tests on all projects. Factory
Acceptance Test
(FAT), Installation Qualification (IQ), and Operational Qualification (OQ).
The FAT uses an approved document to check if the build is to an acceptable standard.
The IQ is used to ensure that system installation is performed to an acceptable standard.
The OQ is the final stage where the systems are tested and
commissioned using the plant.
The OQ document is created from the requirements of the users specification; this will
ensure all items of the system are tested for compliance with the specification.
The system is then approved to hand over to the client for PQ
(Process Qualification).All of these
documents are traceable to the design documents. |
